I weigh about 235. I am pretty good shape all around except mostly for my middle section. I have some love handle and kind of a belly and I was wondering what would be the best way about getting rid of mostly the fat around the middle without losing a lot of muscle?

it’s all about the calories…burn more than you consume and you will lose weight.
One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I’m still hungry, I won’t eat as much as I would have.
It’s better to eat 5-6 small meals than 2 or 3 regular [...]

I am following diet of about 1500 calories a day with about 60% of intake being protein rich foods, 35% being complex carbohydrates and the rest being fruits and vegetables. I don’t drink juice or soda just water and a minimum of 3 cups of decaffeinated green tea a day (with no additives).

I take green tea and sometimes ginger powder and honey mixed in warm water…but i dont know which is best to keep trying? plz let me know if there are any other stuff that can help loose weight loss-besides exercising as i am already doing that…
