Weight Loss Without Dieting???

Hey all!
I am trying to burn off the large(enormous!) fat layer surrounding my butt and hips. I ingest A LOT of starch and sugars(mostly starch) a day, and I was wondering what types of exercises would help me burn that fat off without eating substantiously less. How long and fast should I be doing them? I would also like to build up my endurance while doing them because I’m going to be doing sports this fall.

    Flat abs (or stomach or any body part) are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Sorry, but exercise alone won’t get the weight off. The starches and sugars you eat are the main problem and until you are ready to give them up, you will not be ready to lose weight.

    basically, you’ve gotta move more than you eat. if you can work w/ that, you don’t have to diet. truthfully, it’ll be quite hard for you to achieve this.
