Ok this is a little embarrassing so please don’t make fun of me. I am 13 years old and i am 5′3. I look like I weigh like 130 but I weigh 170 ): I don’t really eat a ton. I eat lots of fruits. And some veggies. I exercise about 4 hours a week and more soon. I want to lose weight quickly and healthily. I don’t want to take medications. Please help me!

If you are 170 and honestly look like 130, you are probably very muscular. That’s a good thing! Muscle weighs *much* more than fat.
    I’m 5′1, 145, and a size 2/3 – I’ve spent my life as a hardcore athlete.
It sounds like you have a healthy diet and are reasonably active. I wouldn’t worry too much about your weight. At your age, you are going to be growing so quickly that if you body doesn’t get the nutrition it needs, it could cause some serious problems.
If your weight is bothering you to the point that you become depressed or start withholding food, it’d be best to talk to your doctor. Don’t be afraid of asking for help, your health is worth it.

I have a horrible time with weight loss. One key thing is to stay away from soda. Another thing that helps is to drink a glass or two of water before you eat anything. It gives you the feeling of being full. :)
