What is a quick way to lose a few pounds without buying any machines or anything?

All you need to do is burn 3500 calories (1 pound of fat) by exercising. Every night, do crunches (45x) , left crunches/right crunches (Crunches just with on leg down in each side) (45x), the bicycle thing (you lie on your back and pretend your riding a bike) (45x), that exercise when you sit and bring your leg straight infront of you (20 seconds or more if you want), then run (while listening to music *3-4 minutes*) until the music stops and then cool down. Trust mee, the execises I told you makes your lower abs flatten and a nice slim body, also, you’ll lose weight too. And by the way, eat at least breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you don’t you’ll gain fat..(Don’t eat any food that has saturated/trans fat, or fat at least some)
The fat around your tummy makes you heavier, if you lose it, you’ll be lighter.

Oh and walking around the mall for hours and looking at clothes is good too, it’s fun lol

You will need to exercise. I do not know if this will help, but reading the article cited bellow will help you lose weight consistently. However, I warn you. You will need to do some exercise.
The article is about anew study published recently in prestigious medical journal. Now be ready. They recommend 55 min a day of exercise

Here’s a listing of things you can do :
1.Go jogging with mates
2.Have a walk with dog.(If you have one)
3.Go to your local Gym.
4.Instead of using a car 4 short distances walk ( s-i-m-p-l-e )
5.Instead of using an car use your bike ( if possible )
6.Buy them running machines e.t.c.
7.Instead of junk eat salads ( Think of it as a life choice )
8.Drink smoothies instead of junk snacks.
9.Watch diet programs on t.v only.
10.less tv ( like no.9)

cheapest easiest way hun is walking,walk everywhere its good for you and will burn calories,also hold a tin of beans,fruit.etc whatever u find in the cupboard and use them as dumbbells great for toning the arms,for the waist and legs do some sit-ups you don’t have to come right up when your doing them just as far as you can and you will feel your tummy tightening ,ive done all this with a balanced diet and have lost nearly 3 stone in weight since april,i wish you the best of luck,you can do it hun…;-)

Doing some jogging around your neighborhood or a local park.
Doing sit ups, jumping rope, jumping jacks, etc.
There are many sites that give different exercises.
If you have a little to spend, the dance exercises are really fun! My daughter and I do them together. We get a great exercise, and learn the latest dance moves.

workouts don’t work for me. Just don’t buy any junk food, but instead by fruits and vegetables, this way if you are hungry you wouldn’t have a choice, but to eat them. Also go for a walk with your friends, even shopping burn your calories. go biking. Or try to do something that you enjoy, like swimming.

You don’t have to buy anything to lose weight except good, low-fat food.
Do some type of cardio three times a week for at least 30 minutes. Running, swimming, etc.

Jogging is the best way to lose weight. Swimming is also a good exercise for your entire body.

do 2 hours of sport a day
swimming , running and stepping
are best !
