What is the best way to exercise for optimum results in 4 weeks, weight loss and toning?<br />
I have an exercise bike @ home (one with the arm things as well), 2kg dumbbells and an ab rocker.<br />
What is the best regime for optimum results in this short space of time?<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m interested in starting to run on a regular basis, to improve my cardiovascular health, but the problem is that I am naturally very thin and I am afraid that I will start to lose weight. This is going to sound stupid, but is there a way to avoid weight loss with aerobic activity?<br />
I am a 5&#8242;6 female and recently got my weight up to 115 from 110 (by eating more and not exercising &#8211; NOT ideal), and I want to tone and strengthen my body and just improve my health overall. I also want to have a great body and running = great legs (at least I am honest). <img src='http://0xx0.info/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> )<br />
I will also start weight training/strength training to help to tone, but does anyone have any suggestions about how to avoid weight loss if I take up running? For instance, will eating more protein and carbs help? If so, how much would I need to eat? Are there any other tips you can recommend?<br />

At the moment I&#8217;m enrolled in 2 one hour aerobic classes ,3 two hour gym sessions (with an hour of cardio) a week.I&#8217;ve done this since August 2008 and although my clothes fit a little loose,the scales don&#8217;t seem to reward my hard work.<br />
Out of desperation I&#8217;ve decided to try the wonder drug that apparently stops the body absorbing fat and still keep up with my exercises and see if I might actually achieve what I&#8217; trying so hard to achieve before I despair again. Please advice.</p>

 I have a really inactive lifestyle also.  I&#8217;m a computer technician so i sit on my **** all day.  I wake up, get ready for work, drive to work, sit on my ****, finish work, go to the gym for 1-3 hours depending on how fast i get through the days workout with friends, go home and sleep.<br />
If i want to lose weight but still gain muscle, how do i do this?  Just eat mainly protein but restrict my total calorie intake?  Should i do like 1500 calories a day and try and consume a lot of protein so i don&#8217;t lose muscle by dieting?  I&#8217;m not very fat, just want to tone up and get those sexy abs and pecks =)<br />
I know i&#8217;ve got pecks, i can bench more than my own weight.  And i can feel my abs too&#8230; just can&#8217;t see either of these things.  It&#8217;s said its far easier to lose weight through dieting rather than just raw exercise.  Obviously a combo of both is best, but I&#8217;m just looking to change my diet since i have a very busy lifestyle, even though most of it is sitting on my **** =P<br />
Please don&#8217;t just spam links to sites so i&#8217;ll buy your book/self help program stuff, not interested.  Legit answers please =)<br />
